• We begin with a strategy call where we discuss your goals and go over the current situation of your photo collection.  
  
  
• Depending on what we discover on the call, I may assign you a bit of homework, like downloading some photos or buying a new external hard drive.
  
  
• Once you have completed your homework,  I can organise your photos remotely by logging in to your computer via a secure connection.  Or you can send me your photos on the devices where you currently have them stored.
  
  
• Then I go to work organising your collection on your computer or mine.

• Over the next few weeks, I will sort and organise your photos into year and month folders while de-duplicating your collection.  Duplicates are always kept in a separate folder, so nothing gets deleted.  Screenshots and reference photos will be placed in a separate folder.
  
  
• When all this is done, you will have an organised and simple collection on your computer or external hard drive that you can maintain going forward.
  
  
• Lastly, we will have a wrap-up call to discuss maintenance or further organising you may wish to do on your own.  

Pricing is based on the number of photos that need organising, which will include duplicates that are not identified through the initial sorting process.  This keeps the pricing simple and streamlined.   Since the initial number of photos is an estimate, the cost is subject to change, but not without notifying you prior to doing the work.  No surprises as I don't like those either. Fees are built into three payments.

An initial payment of $500 is due to book your organising project.  

Projects take an estimated 8 weeks to complete.

Over 200,000: price on request
